Buy ReNature Credits

Developers in the market can choose to access any landowner’s/provider’s BNG scheme to secure the BNG units that they require to satisfy planning conditions and mitigate the impact of their proposed development.

If you need help finding a scheme, you can use tools such as BNG Finder, Future Homes Hub UK or Shadow BNG Register by BDB Pitmans.

Alternatively, use the South Downs National Park Authority’s (SDNPA’s) ReNature sites interactive map.

However, all sites available for BNG credits must be registered with Natural England.

Nitrates Credits
Biodiversity Net Gain
Voluntary Biodiversity Credits
Carbon Credits (coming soon)
